Why I Believe in Dr. Mary Oz and the Radical Change Team
Most human beings will experience challenges and loss and feel a yearning for more at times in their life.
Since my teenage years, I have committed to constant and never-ending personal self-development, and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made.
Reading self-help books, pursuing higher education, committing to helpful programs, creating programs, and attending seminars, retreats, and healing weekends have helped me become emotionally strong, emotionally healthy, and more resourceful.
I have come to love, appreciate, and honor who I am, who I have been on my journey, and my struggles along the way.
After millions of hours of helping others change, grow, understand, and heal, I now know that helping others is both an art and a beautiful gift that a therapist and coach must always approach from a place of healthiness and well-being. If I am not living my A-game, I believe I shouldn’t be trying to help you find yours.
Why Combine Coaching and Therapy
Honestly, sometimes therapy takes too long. Some therapists think helping others is a regular conversation, and some coaches think giving their best advice is great coaching.
All these approaches make me angry, and my heart goes out to clients unintentionally hurt by good meaning therapists and coaches who were not well trained and waste the client’s money and time.
Combining the best of coaching and therapy offers you the best of both worlds. You can receive the evidence-based training of a therapist in what works to help someone work through the issues and problems while setting goals that will make you happier, healthier, and wealthier. But that is still not enough!
A great coach and therapist will not only help you relieve your pain and reach your goals; they will artfully and masterfully help you uncover your best self, strongest self, and greatest gifts so you can live an awesome life!
Whether you are looking to relieve some pain, feel better, reach a goal, or improve a relationship, a well-trained therapist and coach appreciates the difference between healthy and unhealthy people and healthy and unhealthy love.
A well-trained therapist and coach has a systematic, proven way to change, heal, and/or at least challenge your awareness of yourself, how you are showing up (and why), and who you want to be and choose to be.
Why Do We Focus on Radical Change and Radical Healing?
Here at Radical Change, we believe that therapy and coaching should always be powerful, transforming, and life-changing.
We believe in and have the know-how to help you lay a foundation for the big changes, the necessary shifts, the meaningful growth, greater self-awareness, and deep healing that comes from working with a well-trained healthy therapist or coach. Such a person is able and capable of helping and guiding you from their place of clarity, resourcefulness, and healthiness about themselves and you.
Sometimes, the solution is therapy, sometimes coaching, and sometimes the best of both. Even then, sometimes we need some deep healing of old pain, trauma, and other experiences that seem to retain a life of their own.
